Sandalwood Soy Candle

The scent of this candle is very nice, but it doesn't burn well. I also buy Archipelago Botanicals Soy candles, so that's what I'm comparing these to. The problem is that the candle doesn't melt and use the wax across the entire width of the candle holder. Even leaving it to burn all day in the hope of getting it to melt all the way across doesn't work. You are left with about a quarter inch of wax all the way around and down as the center burns down further. A lot of the wax is wasted. As a comparison, the Archipelago candles burn/melt completely, so absolutely no waste. Since both brands are relatively expensive, the Archipelago is a better value, and I have to say that the scent of those is better, too. Sorry Pacifica. I really like your products but the candles don't cut it. I hope that your staff will take this review to heart and make some adjustments.
