Not what I thought it would be

When you see "Mexican Cocoa" you probably think champurrado or a spiced hot chocolate. But chocolate nonetheless. This fragrance has very little chocolate/cocoa scent, and the clove and floral notes are way too heavy. It smells like someone mixed the essential oils of clove, cinnamon, lilacs and orchids together, and left out the chocolate - very cacophonous.

If like me, you are someone that wants a sweet, chocolatey smell, this will disappoint. I love many of Pacifica's other fragrances, and I hope they develop a sweeter-smelling, less spicy chocolate fragrance.
