Sweet like a sorbet.

Not at all like I expected. This is not a tangy lime and has no bite. It is like a sweet key lime pie with whipped cream or a lime sorbet. The papaya lends the sweetness but not in a papaya sort of way. There is very little of a true papaya smell. It is nice and mellow. Something a foodie might love.
