Pacifica's Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping Rates:
All shipping options are a flat fee, regardless of the order size. You must place your order by 7:00 AM PST for your order to be shipped that same day, otherwise it will be shipped on the following business day. All orders over $50 receive free domestic U.S. ground shipping!
- Ground - $5.95, 5-10 business days (4-5 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates)
- Express - $9.95, 3-6 business days (2-3 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, includes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates)
- Overnight- $18.95, 2 business days (1 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, includes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates)
- Purchases over $50 qualify for discounted Express shipping of $6.95 and discounted Overnight shipping of $11.95.
Exceptions:
- Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time, even for express orders.
- If one or more of the products ordered contains ingredients that are considered hazardous materials (e.g., alcohol-based fragrances), then shipping restrictions apply. Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground and may not be delivered to P.O. boxes. For any questions, please contact customer service at 1-866-337-7100.
- E-gift cards are sent via email and do not have shipping charges associated with them.
Shipping to a P.O. Box?
All packages are shipped via the United States postal services. Express delivery may not be available.
Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas, specifically products that contain ingredients that are considered hazardous materials (see above).
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Pacifica does not offer any weekend delivery options at this time.
International Shipping Terms & Conditions:
Presently Pacifica ships internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austrailia and New Zealand.
Customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, customs duties, and GST (general sales tax), that may be imposed on them upon delivery. By submitting your order with an international destination, you agree to pay all applicable duties and fees upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding the importing of our products.
Shipping To Canada is just like domestic shipping, all shipping options are a flat fee, regardless of the order size. Here are some additional details:
- Canadian Shipping - $25, 7-14 business days (includes processing time, Canada only)
- Canadian Shipping - Purchases $50 and more qualify for discounted shipping of $15.
To United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austrailia and New Zealand shipping is done via UPS and is calculated by weight and destination.
