Pacifica's Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Rates:

For UPS and USPS orders, shipping is a flat fee of $5.95, regardless of the order size within the U.S.. Get free U.S. shipping on all orders $50 or more within the United States. You must place your order by 7:00 AM PST for your order to be shipped that same day, otherwise it will be shipped on the following business day. 

  • Ground - $5.95, 5-10 business days (4-5 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates) 
  • Express - $9.95, 3-6 business days (2-3 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, includes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates) 
  • Overnight- $18.95, 2 business days (1 day transit time plus processing time. U.S. only, includes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. protectorates) **USPS and UPS does not deliver overnight on the weekends.
  • Purchases over $50 qualify for discounted Express shipping of $6.95 and discounted Overnight shipping of $11.95.

Exceptions:

  • Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time, even for express orders. 
  • E-gift cards are sent via email and do not have shipping charges associated with them.

We can ship to a P.O. Box.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Pacifica does not offer any weekend delivery options at this time.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Presently Pacifica ships internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austrailia and New Zealand.  

Customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, customs duties, and GST (general sales tax), that may be imposed on them upon delivery. By submitting your order with an international destination, you agree to pay all applicable duties and fees upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding the importing of our products.

We ship to Canada UPS and USPS. Here are some additional details:

  • UPS Canadian Shipping - $25, 7-14 business days (includes processing time, Canada only). Tracking is available. Brokerage fees may apply.
  • UPS Canadian Shipping - Purchases $50 and more qualify for discounted shipping of $15. Tracking is available. Brokerage fees may apply.
  • USPS International Shipping to Canadian only - 6-10 business days, tracking is not available. Flat rate fee based on weight as follows:

             1 LB - $10.55

             2 LB - $16.15

             3 LB - $21.75

             4 LB - $27.35

To United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austrailia and New Zealand shipping is done via UPS and is calculated by weight and destination.
